Install instructions
Windows: After downloading, unzip the .zip file. Then, open RotatingRat.exe.exe. You may make a shortcut to the Exe file and then move the shortcut wherever you want.
Android phone: After downloading, go to your files(E.G. "My Files" app), navigate to the folder it was downloaded in (or tap "Installation files" with the "APK" icon), and tap on "RotatingRat.Exe.apk." You may need to allow My Files the permission to "Install Unknown Apps"
